The MILE Guide Workshop Kit was created to assist education leaders, such as superintendents or content specialists, in running a workshop for educators or administrators in their local district or community. The goals of the workshop include:
- To create a dialogue among the stakeholders in your education system about the importance of 21st century skills.
- To develop a shared understanding of where your school or district stands today in bringing 21st century skills into the education system.
- To articulate a shared vision of how your school or district can bring 21st century skills into the classroom.
- To work together to create a strategic plan and specific steps for integrating 21st century skills into your educational system.
