June 9, 2009 - WASHINGTON - Illinois, Louisiana and Nevada joined the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. In total, 13 states, which educate nearly 11 million students, are now members of the State Leadership Initiative, a multi-state coalition aimed at creating rigorous 21st century education systems.
